Another First Place In Utility- This Time In Arizona

CPT’s competition obedience team recently achieved another first place finish at the elite Utility level.

On Sunday, March 5, Christina Shrake and her Golden Retriever, Dakota, earned a FIRST PLACE finish at the Utility A level with a score of 191.5 in an American Kennel Club (AKC) obedience trial held outside of Phoenix, Arizona. Christina and Dakota are long time CPT competition students who recently relocated to Phoenix. This finish was their first utility leg. We look forward to Christina and Dakota spreading CPT’s successes to the southwest section of the country.

Competition obedience is great fun and provides an exciting avenue for continuing your dog’s training past the Intermediate level. If you are interested in learning more about CPT’s competition programs, please stop by or contact the CPT office by phone at 770-396-6433.
