CPT Trainer Melissa Cate Achieves Advanced Agility Title

CPT Agility Trainer Melissa Cate and her five-year old Boxer, Zeek, qualified for the third time in United States Dog Agility Association (USDAA) Starters Agility competitions. The third qualification earned Melissa and Zeek their USDAA Agility Dog (AD) title. While achieving their final qualifying leg, they also earned a third place finish. Zeek is the first Boxer in Georgia to receive the AD title.

In the same trial, Melissa and Zeek also earned a fourth place finish in Gamblers, a second place finish in Snookers, and a second place finish in Jumpers. To achieve the lofty AD title, Melissa and Zeek needed three standard qualifications plus one qualification in jumpers, gamblers, snookers, and pairs.

Zeek also has a USDAA Starters Title, which required three qualifications combined in Jumpers, Snookers and Pairs, and an American Kennel Club (AKC) Novice Obedience (CD) title.
