Comprehensive Pet Therapy (CPT) is Eugene Oregon’s most respected pet training company. Since its inception in 1992, CPT has trained over 50,000 client dogs and close to 100 cats.

CPT’s elite staff provides:

• Boarding without training.

The above services cover a variety of obedience, manners, and behavior modification issues, including:

• Basic obedience training,
• Advanced off-leash pet obedience training,
• Housebreaking,
• Household manners training,
• Complex canine behavior modification, including resolving aggression, anxiety, and hyperactivity,
• Training and handling for movies and commercials,
• Service dog training,
• Puppy and adult dog selection consultations,
• Feline behavior modification (e.g., house soiling, socialization with people or animals, aggression, anxiety), and
• Expert witness services.

In addition, in conjunction with our sister company Dog Star Technologies, CPT designs and performs groundbreaking government-funded research projects that have improved scientific understanding of the canine mind and that are advancing protocols for the selection and training of service animals and military explosive detection dogs.

Moreover, although CPT has a local presence in Eugene, Oregon, CPT’s staff is available to train your pet regardless of where you live within the United States.  If you reside out of state or in Canada, we can accommodate you by having your pet transported to us for board training, by having a CPT Trainer travel to your residence, or by scheduling FaceTime or Skype video instruction. We have trained pet dogs and service dogs for clients residing in many states throughout the USA and we are eager to add more states to our list.  Similarly, we have trained service dogs for Canadian clients and are eager to add more Canadians and more provinces to our list of satisfied pet dog and service dog clients.
