Carly and Checkers Win Gold!

CPT client Carly Gill and her Rat Terrier, Checkers, recently achieved a first place finish in the New Rattitude Rat Terrier Jamboree Tricks Contest. In a very nice email, Carly credited her victory to the instruction she received in CPT’s group classes.

Checkers acquired excellent basic obedience skills during the classes. In addition, Carly learned operant conditioning and behavior shaping principles that aided her in teaching Checkers the tricks Shake, High Five, Roll, Dance, and Kiss that sealed her victory.
