Ann Silver has been CPT’s Office Manager for the past 15 years. Each day she comes to work, Ann brings outstanding skill, a love for animals, and a belief in CPT’s mission. Ann started as a CPT obedience student. Ann and her German Shepherd, Bella, graduated from Beginner and Intermediate Obedience and Beginner and Intermediate Agility. They have also completed in-home private training.
Ann was very impressed with the caliber and professionalism of CPT’s training services, which along with a recommendation from a neighbor who was formerly the Office Manager prompted Ann to ask CPT’s owner if she could return to the working world by managing CPT’s administrative services. Mark eagerly replied, “Yes.”
Ann silver graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and French. After graduating from Vanderbilt, Ann worked at SunTrust for 13 years in various commercial lending and management positions, before leaving the corporate world to raise a family. Ann and her husband Mike, the owner of a local accounting firm, have raised three young adult children. However, after experiencing a mostly empty house, Ann yearned to return to work. CPT and its clients are grateful for Ann’s return.
Ann is extremely customer service oriented and is highly skilled at consulting clients and prospective clients so that they purchase the services that best meet their training objectives and budget.
